CONSIDERATIONS
Daily rates including breakfast, dinner and all the
recreational facilities of the Hotel.
We provide life vest, mask, snorkel for flotation, kayaks.
Children aged 5-10 years, in the same accommodation of two
adults, have different rates.
Charge free for children less than 5 years old, in the same
accommodation with two adults.
Bar, restaurant and minibar consumptions must be paid at the
time of check-out.
We charge no service fee on the daily rate.
We charge a service fee (10%) for consumption of bar,
restaurant and minibar.
IMPORTANT
Credit cards accepted: VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN
EXPRESS.
No cell phone signal on the premises of the Hotel.
Pets are not allowed.
Guests can bring their own drink and consume in
accommodations only. Otherwise, we charge corkage fee.
Bonito has only 03 banks with ATM until 9 pm, which are:
Bank of Brazil, Bradesco and Sicredi.
Not all vendors accept credit cards.
Time zone: 1 hour less in relation to Brasilia.
Bank branches opening hours: 9 am to 2 pm from Monday to
Friday.
Check-in from 2 pm and check-out until 12 pm
Hotel reception is open until 10 pm
If your arrival time is after 10 pm, please inform us when
booking and leave a phone number for contact.
Breakfast: 7 am to 9.30 pm
Lunch: (not included) - until 2 pm with options a la carte
at the Hotels restaurant
Dinner: 8 pm to 9.30 pm
Recommendations for your comfort: sunscreen, insect repellent,
flashlight, athletic shoes and appropriate shoes for entering
the River.
Tours in Bonito are always led by a Guides accredited by
EMBRATUR. The vacancies and the limit of visitors per day are
controlled through a voucher system provided at the local
offices, so it is indispensable an advance booking, especially
in peak season (vacations and domestic holidays).
Transportation is not included for walks it must be with
your own car / rented or we can arrange transportation with
driver.
